Job Description:
Leksicon Course is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Russian teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Russian language courses to students of varying levels and backgrounds, developing lesson plans, and contributing to the overall educational experience at Leksicon Course.
Key Responsibilities:
– Teaching: Deliver Russian language lessons to students at different proficiency levels.
– Curriculum Development: Develop and adapt curriculum materials, lesson plans, and instructional resources to meet students’ needs.
– Student Assessment: Evaluate students’ progress through assessments, exams, and regular feedback.
– Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
– Extracurricular Activities: Participate in language-related extracurricular activities and cultural events.
– Professional Development: Stay updated with current teaching methodologies and participate in professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Russian Language, Literature, Education, or a related field. A teaching certification or relevant higher degree is a plus.
– Experience: Prior experience teaching Russian as a second language is preferred.
– Skills:
– Proficiency in Russian and English.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons.
– Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with curriculum development.
